This notice explains how we collect, use and protect personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
We collect only what you give us when you contact us or work with us: your name, job title, organisation, email address, phone number and the content of your messages. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To propose, deliver and invoice our consultancy services.
- To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations in Singapore.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business, such as email and document hosting, and only as far as they need it. Some of these providers store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take steps to make sure the data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. After that, we delete it or anonymise it.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. We will respond within 30 days.
